The club is open but still unable to do Saturday morning block bookings or teach public groups for the time being due to measures put in place in response to the ongoing pandemic. We will provide updates during the season should the situation change.
Existing members In 2020 kept social distancing and noticeably used the club more. There is no duty roster yet this year so please contact each other via the TWSC Group in WhatsApp where you can ascertain daily attendance. Please check before setting out as weather is still a factor of course! (Members, please ask if you need to be added).
Members are again able to bring their personal guests, with their tows fitted in between members as has always been.
New memberships Last year we welcomed many after the first lock down, most using the ‘Introductory offer’ which for 2021 is still available > here. Many had previous experience of the sport and were returning with varying ability.
Members of the public wishing to join, please check through the website then use the > Contact page. It is monitored daily all summer. Our reply will give you timing, payment and gate access details.
It would be helpful, for distancing reasons, if at least the prime member of a ‘bubble’ has some small experience but not essential though if a confident swimmer.
Please note, as our club is run by volunteers, there is no dedicated phone at the lake.
Private boat membership is very limited. If you are interested in becoming a private boat member please read the website carefully to check suitability for you, (e.g. for times of water availability see > Lake Usage in Downloads) then use the > Contact page to give details of your location, boat, and phone number etc., so you can be called. Please note though we are a ski/wakeboard club for ski towing boats and not a leisure boat club.
