Our postcode is RG30 3TA so if you have a sat nav, just point it there and then follow the brown signs.
Finding TWSC is easy
You can see us from the M4 between junction 11 and junction 12. We’ve made it a bit easier with some recommended routes using our little shortcuts below. You can click the little red marker on the map to your right, type your postcode in and click “Get Directions”. Alternatively type TWSC into Google maps or use this simple map.
It is worth noting down the club mobile number below and the general inquiries number on the main TWSC ‘Contact’ page in case you have a problem.
From the North or West
If using M4, exit at J12. Follow the A4 towards Reading passing Aldi on your right until you arrive at traffic lights at The George and Dragon. Turn right at these lights into Burghfield Road. Follow this road over the traffic signaled humped bridge after which is the Cunning Man pub (on the right). Turn right just after the pub car park into Mill Road and follow brown signs. The lake entrance is at the end of Mill Road just before some cottages.
From the South or East
If using M4, exit J11 and head south on A33 (signposted Basingstoke). Get in the right lane at the traffic lights signposted to Grazeley, Pingewood and ‘Copthorne Hotel’ . After crossing the dual carriageway, in a few yards turn right at mini roundabout. Soon turn next left (grass triangle). Follow this road and soon after a sharp right hand bend, turn left (just before motorway bridge). Continue through the traffic lights then right at the next Give Way. Continue on to the tee junction at Burghfield Road. Turn right over the motorway bridge and then 1st left into Mill Road just before The Cunning Man pub. Follow the brown signs and the lake entrance is at the end of Mill Road just before some cottages. You will need the gate combination to enter by car.
Non Members please contact the club preferably the day before (see under ‘Contact’) to check if open (as weather dependent) and be let through the security gate. If not arriving by arrangement please park up and walk up the track to the clubhouse.(phoning the duty person can be difficult if they are driving)
